Join us for a discussion with FCC Economist and Pepperdine Law Professor Babette Boliek and former FTC Chairman Joshua Wright on how antitrust law should and is being used against the ever-growing sector of Big Tech Firms. The two will discuss recent congressional hearings, DOJ and FTC intervention among high-profile mergers, and other ways in which antitrust law is used to regulate large tech firms.
