The MEDx Distinguished Lecture is an annual seminar that highlights icons in the fields of medicine and engineering who have had a positive impact on human health. This year’s event will feature Nobel Laureate Jennifer Doudna, Ph.D.

Dr. Doudna, along with her collaborator Dr. Emmanuelle Charpentier, won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2020 for her work in developing the CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing tools, which has been called one of the most significant discoveries in the history of biology.
