With Duke Law Professor Nita Farahany, JD, PhD
This event is open to enrolled Duke Law students.
Who should have access to your thoughts? As more breakthroughs occur and momentum gains in the field of neuroscientific research, these questions beg for answers. As researchers get closer to being able to literally image your thoughts, lawyers and policy makers must consider whether existing criminal law and evidentiary rules are appropriate to answer these questions or if new paradigms are needed.
Lunch will be served. Please RSVP to scienceandsociety@duke.edu and indicate the event name in the body of your email.
