Join us for a discussion with Jennifer Wagner regarding recent developments in the FDA’s regulation of DTC genomic testing, trans fats, and e-cigarettes.

Jennifer is an Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Department of Epidemiology and Population Health and Montefiore Center for Bioethics. Her current research focuses on perceptions of ancestry, racial disparities in health and justice contexts, and personal genomics in sports. After earning her JD from the University of North Carolina (2007) and her Ph.D. in Anthropology from Penn State University (2010), she completed post-doctoral research appointments at Duke University’s Institute for Genome Sciences & Policy (Duke IGSP) and the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Integration of Genetic Healthcare Technologies (Penn CIGHT). Jennifer is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania, an academic editor for PeerJ, and a contributing editor for the Genomics Law Report.
