What does environmental justice really look like? How do lawyers and scientists explain or debunk stories linking cancer and other disease to the environment? Does science support the claims?

Join us for a screening of the film Erin Brockovich and a conversation with experts in law and the environment. We’ll discuss real outcomes in U.S. courts as we try to get a better handle on how to rectify communities damaged by the environmentally destructive activities of others.

This month we are joined by guest speaker, Professor of the Practice of Law, Donald Beskind.
