Ensuring Employment Tech Practices Comply with Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws

Professor Lee Tiedrich and Rachel See, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Senior Counsel for AI and Algorithmic Bias, will discuss the EEOC’s initiative to promote anti-discrimination efforts in the hiring process. Rachel is a leader in the trans rights movement who has spent her professional career at the intersection of law and technology, leading digital transformation and information governance initiatives in the federal government and private sector. She is a civil-rights lawyer, a litigator, and a technology advocate and enthusiast.
