Bob Cook-Deegan, MD, speaks for the Science Policy Speaker Series, organized by the Science Policy Advocacy Group at UNC Chapel Hill.
Dr. Cook-Deegan is the Director of the Center for Genome Ethics, Law and Policy at Duke, and is also affiliated with Duke Science & Society, as well as the Sanford School of Public Policy. His talk will detail the joint development of technology and genetics and how they have impacted and been impacted by public health policy.
